          HERE Technologies, the leading location data and technology platform, today announced that after more than seven years Edzard Overbeek has decided to step down as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

          The HERE Supervisory Board has agreed to appoint, as of May 1, 2023, Denise Doyle and Adeel Manzoor, the company’s Chief Data and Financial Officers, as interim co-CEOs during the transition phase to a new permanent CEO.
